Abstract Submission Guidelines
On the 6th and 7th of October 2025 the EJP SOIL Annual Science Days will be held in Aarhus, Denmark. We are very much looking forward to welcoming you with an exciting, diverse and relevant program during these days, and strongly encourage you to submit an abstract for either an oral or a poster presentation.
The deadline for submission is the 4th of August 2025. You will be informed by the organising committee about the acceptance of your abstract at the end of August 2025.
When submitting your abstract, please follow these guidelines:
- Abstracts should be uploaded as word file.
- The abstract must not exceed 250 words (exluding up to 3 references).
- Please do not include figures in the abstract.
- Abstracts must be written and presented in English. Linguistic accuracy is the responsibility of the authors.
- The file name should be: Name of first author_Title of abstract.word
- The abstract must refer to one of the 5 topcis of the conference:
- Sustainable Land Management
- Climate Change Mitigation
- Climate Change Adaptation
- Soil Information Assessing & Monitoring
- Fostering adoption of climate-smart and sustainable soil management

What is a 1-minute-madness?
1-minute-madness gives you the chance to pitch your poster to the audience and make them curious – but you only have 60 seconds and 1 ppt slide, so you better nail it!
At the following session you will have plenty of time to address interested visitors and go into further detail with your poster.
The number of 1-minute-madnesses is limited to 5-10 per session.
