Conference Venue

The conference will take place at the Conference Centre of Aarhus University, located at:

Fredrik Nielsens Vej 2–4, 8000 Aarhus C

Main plenary sessions will be held in Stakladen (Building 1423).

 

Getting Around

On Foot or by Bike: Aarhus is a walkable city. Most hotels are within 30–40 minutes’ walking distance from the venue. Biking is also a popular and scenic option. Many hotels offer bike rentals, or you can rent one via Donkey Republic (Rent a Bike in Aarhus with Donkey Republic | Pedal & E-Bikes via App).

By Light Rail (Letbane):

Take Line L2 towards Universitetshospitalet and get off at Aarhus Universitet. The venue is a short 350 m walk from the stop.
