The Soil Mission Support team invites you to the final conference!

The Horizon Europe Mission ‘A Soil Deal for Europe' will implement a research and innovation roadmap including an innovative network of 100 living labs and lighthouses, a harmonised framework for soil monitoring in Europe, and raising people’s awareness on the vital importance of soils to achieve healthy soils by 2030. To transition towards healthy soils, the mission addresses key issues such as increasing soil organic carbon stocks, achieving no net sealing, reducing soil degradation, erosion and pollution, and improving soil structure and reducing the global footprint on soils. The Soil Mission Support project developed a European research and innovation roadmap towards healthy soils by 2030 to map out the road ahead towards this transition.

During the conference, we will inform on the roadmap and discuss its practical applications in the years ahead. There will also be opportunity to learn from and discuss successful examples of existing Living Labs and Lighthouses that aim at co-designing and implementing innovative practices and research in Europe as well as demonstrating and educating about best management practices to improve soil health.
